Course content

The course content covers five domains: leadership, managing the environment, managing relations, managing knowledge and the practice of management – it will enable managers at this level to successfully manage systems, processes, resources, managers and teams in various occupations and business environments. Ultimately, this qualification is aimed at improving the effectiveness and leadership abilities of middle managers in various occupations in private and public business entities as well as non-governmental organisations.

Graduation

Learners who wish to receive their certificate in person are invited to attend the annual IBM Graduation Ceremony held in Rondebosch, Cape Town, South Africa.

Graduates are welcome to celebrate this milestone with invited guests.

To ensure learners have immediate proof of achievement, IBM College issues an Official Digital Certificate upon successful completion of the programme. The Embossed Hard-Copy Certificate is then formally presented on stage during the Graduation Ceremony.

Upon successful completion, learners receive a secure digital IBM Certificate that can be independently verified online and instantly shared with employers or professional platforms such as LinkedIn.
