Graduation Information
The graduation registration cut-off date has been extended to 20 August 2026. All graduation registrations must be finalised by this date. This includes the completion of the online registration process and receipt of full payment. Registrations that are incomplete or unpaid after this date will not be accepted.

Ceremony Time & Arrival Requirements
The graduation ceremony will commence promptly at 11:00. Graduates are required to arrive at the venue no later than 09:30 to allow sufficient time for registration and the collection of appropriate graduation attire.
Graduation Registration Fee: R750
This compulsory fee secures your place at the ceremony.
Please note: This fee excludes gown hire and optional photography services.
Gown Hire: R250 + R250 Refundable Deposit
Hire your official graduation gown for only R250, plus a R250 refundable cash deposit. Your deposit will be returned immediately after the ceremony once the gown is handed back.
Optional Professional Photography
A professional photography team will be available on the day to capture your special moment both on stage and off stage. A detailed Photography Package Brochure (with package options and pricing) will be emailed to all graduates closer to the event, allowing you to select the perfect package to treasure this milestone forever.

Important Information:
- No external professional photographers will be permitted to take photos during the ceremony. For official on-stage photographs, graduates are required to make use of IBM’s accredited professional photography team.
- Graduation registration and payment should only be made after formal, written confirmation has been received from the College that the learner is eligible to graduate. Completion of a qualification alone does not automatically confirm graduation eligibility, as portfolios must be submitted and audited by the relevant quality council. The College cannot accept responsibility for registrations or payments made prior to such confirmation.
- Learners with an outstanding balance on their account will not be eligible to attend the Graduation Ceremony until all fees have been settled in full.
