I am very humbled and grateful for what this institute has done for me. The knowledge and expertise I gained through this course enabled me to assist two people facing serious workplace challenges, one who had been unfairly dismissed and another who had been suspended for more than three months.

By applying what I learned about procedural and substantive fairness, I was able to help them prepare for their cases, both with positive outcomes. Today, I am very proud to say that through the knowledge I gained from this course, we helped ensure that two families still have bread on their tables.
