Public administration is the implementation of public policies, administration of government affairs, and management of all related sectors.
The Diploma in Public Administration is a specialised Qualification offering the skills and knowledge that will develop knowledgeable, multi-skilled managers who are able to contribute to improved productivity and efficiency within the public sector. It will produce public officials who work to provide support and strategic leadership and management needed to transform all spheres of government.
NOTE: This course is the 2nd level of the Public Administration Diploma Programme. To register for this course you need one of the following:
- Completed level 1 of the programme, which you can register for here: LEVEL 1 – National Certificate in Public Administration NQF 5 , OR
- An industry relevant full qualification on NQF level 5.
