Who must do this Qualification
This Public Sector-SETA accredited course is aimed at those working or aspiring to work in the public sector and become knowledgeable, multi-skilled workers who are able to contribute to improved productivity and efficiency within the sector. It should provide the means for current workers to receive recognition of prior learning, to upgrade their skills and achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
NOTE: The Certificate is the 1st level of the Public Administration Diploma Programme. Upon successful completion you will be able to proceed to the 2nd level – the National Diploma in Public Administration.
