This qualification is a blend of administration skills relevant in the context of the public sector and is aiming at rapid building of the skills base within the public sector. 

• Administer workplace outcomes of a unit.
• Administer human resources, finances, and supply chain records in a unit.

• 8 Knowledge assignments (theory)
• 4 Practical assignments (practical activities)
• Workplace hours (equal to +- 3 months)

A South African Grade 12 or an appropriate NQF 4 qualification.

IMPORTANT: Since the qualification incorporates a workplace component, it is essential that you have access to a relevant workplace to complete your work hours required to do your final assessment (EISA).

On successful completion of the knowledge and practical modules, you will be awarded an IBM Certificate. Upon completion of your EISA you will receive an Occupational Certificate: Public Sector Administrator from the QCTO (Quality Council for Trades and Occupations).

3. Apply value driven and appropriate human resources, financial and supply chain management principles at unit level.
