Course Description
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to function as a Human Resource Management Administrator.
A qualified learner will be able to:
- Collect and process Human Resource Management data for decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for the full range of HRM services.
- Monitor, support, and maintain communication and administrative processes to optimise employment relations in the organisation.
- Compile, maintain and ensure the safeguarding of all HRM records
Study Method: Online/Distance learning.
The qualification is accredited by the QCTO. It consists of a Knowledge Component (theory), a Practical Component (practical tasks and activities) and a Workplace Component (workplace hours).
You will complete:
- 5 Knowledge assignments (theory)
- 4 Practical assignments (practical activities)
- Workplace hours (equal to +- 3 months)
External Integrated Summative Assignment (EISA)
Once you have successfully completed all three components, you are eligible for the EISA which is an external integrated summative assessment that is done in the form of a written assignment.
IMPORTANT: Since the qualification incorporates a workplace component, it is essential that you have access to a relevant workplace to complete your work hours required to do your final assessment (EISA).
