The qualification is accredited by the QCTO. It consists of a Knowledge Component (theory), a Practical Component (practical tasks and activities) and a Workplace Component (workplace hours).

You will complete:

11 Knowledge assignments (theory)
13 Practical assignments (practical activities)
Workplace hours

External Integrated Summative Assignment (EISA)

Once you have successfully completed all three components, you are eligible for the EISA. The EISA is a final integrated assessment that is done in the form of a written assessment and cover the key elements of the theory and practical modules.

The course is offered through distance and online learning.

The purpose of the qualification is to prepare you to operate as a Project Manager. When you have successfully completed the programme you will be able to:

Initiate a project to address specific project objectives.
Plan and prepare the delivery of a project.
Execute and control the delivery of a project management plan.
Manage the project close-out process.
