You will acquire knowledge, skills, attitudes and values required to operate confidently in the workplace and to respond to the challenges of the office environment and changing world of work
By successfully completing this certificate course you will be competent in administrative management relating to Planning, Organising, Leading, Controlling and Ethics and will be capable of:
