Learn to professionally and ethically execute Human Resource practices, including workforce planning, staff attraction and procurement, employee maintenance and development, and employment relations management.

The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to function as a Human Resource Management Officer.
A qualified learner will be able to:
- Facilitate and guide the development and implementation of dynamic HR architecture aligned to organisational strategic intent and the agreed employment value proposition.
- Implement and coordinate appropriate talent management and workforce plans and tactics.
- Implement strategically aligned and integrated Learning and Development (L&D) and organisational growth strategies and plans.
- Implement strategically aligned employment relations practices and initiatives.
- Maintain, monitor, and deliver HRM services.
Study Method: Online/Distance learning.
The qualification is accredited by the QCTO. It consists of a Knowledge Component (theory), a Practical Component (practical tasks and activities) and a Workplace Component (workplace hours).
You will complete:
- 5 Knowledge assignments (theory)
- 5 Practical assignments (practical activities)
- Workplace hours (equal to +- 6 months)
External Integrated Summative Assignment (EISA)
Once you have successfully completed all three components, you are eligible for the EISA which is an external integrated summative assessment that is done in the form of a written assignment.
IMPORTANT: Since the qualification incorporates a workplace component, it is essential that you have access to a relevant workplace to complete your work hours required to do your final assessment (EISA).
